Cancellation and Registration Policy 

Registration and Payment

All Training registrations must be completed through Trainer’s designated website or other approved registration method, and full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by Trainer. A registration is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and accepted by Trainer. Trainer reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any registration in Trainer’s sole discretion.

Training Content

The content and subject matter to be covered in a given Training shall be outlined in a separate form provided by Trainer to Trainee, to be used in conjunction with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Cancellation; Rescheduling; Refunds 

All payments are non-refundable. If Trainee cancels, fails to attend, arrives late, departs early, or is removed from the Training, no refund, credit, or transfer shall be owed. Trainer reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, modify, or cancel any Training for any reason, including insufficient enrollment, illness, emergency, safety concerns, patient unavailability, facility issues, product shortages, or events beyond Trainer’s or Instructor’s reasonable control. In the event Trainer cancels a Training and does not reschedule it, Trainee’s sole remedy shall be a refund of the registration fee actually paid for that Training. Trainer shall not be responsible for any travel, lodging, lost income, or other incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages or expenses.
