Host an Aevum Club Training at your practice.

Thank you for your interest in hosting an Aevum Club training. As a host practice, you will receive 1-2 free seats at the training for your team depending on the number of overall attendees. The Aevum Club training would be opened up to other injectors interested in attending if your practice does not have enough injectors to fill the training by itself. There must be a minimum of 6 paying attendees in a training for Olivia to travel to an area.

To host an Aevum Club training, we need to evaluate the space to ensure it can accommodate attendees. Can your largest communal area or conference/break room seat a minimum of 8 attendees?

If your space is larger, how many attendees can you comfortably have seated?

How many injectors from your practice are interested in attending?

Do you have a large TV to hook up a powerpoint presentation?

How many attendees can fit in your largest injecting room to be able to see Live Injections, or can an injection chair be pulled into the largest communal space?

Are you able to supply basic necessary injection supplies (gauze, gloves, hypochlorous acid, numbing cream, needles, cannulas, hylenex on hand, etc).

Who is able to inject in your practice based off your preferences and insurance? Only your team, or other injectors licensed within your state?

Injection models will be dependent on who is injecting to decide how many models are needed, are you willing to help with a model search in your area?

What are your preferred dates (certain months and/or preferred days of the week, or just say flexible). Please note Aevum Club trainings are only available on select Thursdays through Sundays.
